This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) governs the terms of use of the website https://smile-lux.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), owned by APARTDIRECT SRL, registered in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Moldova, IDNO 1025600066192, registered office: MD-2060, Republic of Moldova, mun. Chișinău, blvd. Decebal, 139/5, office 43 (hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator”).

This Agreement shall be governed by the legislation of the Republic of Moldova. All disputes shall be resolved by the courts of the Republic of Moldova.
